Frame replacement

Policy for frame replacement.
DARE's frame replacement program works like this: After you purchase a DARE bike, you must register on our website immediately using the warranty card included in your DARE bike case.
You will then be registered in our systems and qualified for the program. If you get into a bike crash that leads to the frame getting broken within three years of the order delivery, this service offer you the purchase of a new frame of the same or similar type at a reduced price. If you would like to use this service, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page. We appreciate if you give us an explanation of why the bike was damaged and give us pictures of the damaged parts so we can consider how to best perform the replacement.
In case we find that the damage was done on purpose, DARE has the right to decline the claim. You can only use the replacement program once within three years of the date of delivery of the product. After the damaged product is replaced, the damaged product will be considered DARE's property. Transport costs when using this program are covered by the customer.

When purchasing a replacement frame, the following discounts are given on the current price of the new frame, depending on the original delivery date:
Up to 1 year: 50%
Up to 2 years: 30%
Up to 3 years: 20%
DARE has the right to cancel or revise the policy without additional notification. Please refer to the latest policies on our official website.
